What is the Business Finland logo?

When you start using the My Business Finland (beta) service, you also register a BF for yourself. The BF ID is a common user ID for Business Finland's online services. The BF is being introduced in stages. By creating a BF account, you can use Business Finland's various services more easily.

My Business Finland helps

My Business Finland is your personalized view of the services of Business Finland and the Team Finland network. My Business Finland will guide you forward on the path of internationalisation and product development based on your company's internationalisation capabilities and export goals. You will see exactly the services that are relevant to your company's internationalization phase.

My Business Finland spars your company on its journey towards international markets along Team Finland's service path.

Before registering, please note the following: 

  • The My Business Finland (beta) service is currently being developed and is currently only suitable for startups and SMEs.
  • It is not possible to apply for funding through My Business Finland. Funding is still applied for in the financing e-service.
  • It is not possible to register in the My Business Finland service on behalf of another company.
  • We recommend that the user has a valid right to act and represent on behalf of the organisation (e.g. CEO, deputy CEO, the right to sign for the organisation alone). We check the right of representation from the Trade Register.
  • You can check and maintain your organisation's representation rights in the Virre service of the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
  • As part of the registration, we also check that the information related to your company's registration and obligations is in order. We check the information in the online service.

Start using My Business Finland

  1. Identify yourself in the Suomi.fi identification service.

    You can identify yourself with online banking codes, a mobile certificate or an electronic ID card. Use personal IDs. Follow the instructions in the service.

  2. Register for the My Business Finland service.

    Answer questions about your business.

  3. Get started with the service.

    Based on your answers and the company's basic information, you can see the growth and internationalization services that are suitable for your company and recommendations on what to do next.
