Business Finland offers your company an opportunity to showcase your expertise at the Space Tech Expo Europe 2022, Europe's largest exhibition and conference for the space industry. The event will host more than 450 specialist suppliers spanning from the entire space supply chain, with more than 5000 attendees overall.
The main objective of the Finland Pavilion is to be a functional show room for Finnish know-how. It is located at Bremen Exhibition Hall 5, with the stand number M11. The stand will serve as an attractive meeting place for Finnish SMEs searching for distributors and partners.

Joining The Finland Pavilion
Join the Finland Pavilion for better visibility at Space Tech Expo 2022. The Finland Pavilion will be located at Bremen Exhibition Hall 5, with the stand number being M11. The attending companies will be listed by name in the online exhibition catalogue. The attending companies can utilise Business Finland's lounge area and joint storage room. Business Finland staff will be hosting the Pavilion and will be welcoming customers and guests.
Book Your Stand
Packages are sold on a "first come, first served" basis. The registration is binding and will be confirmed. Registrations must be made by June 3rd, 2022. Registration will be open until the maximum number of companies is reached.
Please note that the stand has a limited number of demo booths. In case the stand becomes fully booked, we will continue to gather contact information and contact interested companies if any demo booths become available.
Stand package
- Logo visibility at the Finland Pavilion wall (together with other company logos)
- Demo booth with your logo and a screen, a lockable cabinet and chair
- Stand construction, cleaning & electricity
The price for the stand package per company is 4500 € + VAT (This cost does not include State Aid).
The exhibition organizer offers a wireless internet connection, but we cannot assure that it will be sufficient for playing large videos, for instance. Please note that if you need a wired LAN internet connection, you can purchase it at an extra cost from the Space Tech Expo event organizer.
Exhibition Explorer Funding in Business Finland
Business Finland offers funding for SME and midcap companies for exhibitions. We award Exhibition Explorer grants to groups of at least four SME and/or midcap companies who are participating in an international B2B trade fairs that are held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, we will process the applications. At least half of the aforementioned group of companies must be SMEs. The companies within the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.

Terms and conditions
Please read the following carefully before registering.
Price
- The price per stand package is 4500€ (+ VAT).
- The price includes the items listed in the description of the stand package.
- The registration is binding (regardless of company's funding eligibility).
- Business Finland holds the right to cancel the Finland Pavilion at Space Tech Expo 2022 in case there aren't enough registered participants by the end of June 3rd, 2022.
- The Company is responsible for applying for the Exhibition Explorer funding by themselves.
- The price does not include company-specific cargo fees for corporate materials such as brochures, demo tools, etc.
- The price does not include travel arrangement services such as booking hotel rooms or flights. Accommodation and travel arrangements must be taken care of by the companies themselves. In case of exhibition cancellation due to COVID-19 etc, Business Finland will not compensate any travel or hotel costs to companies.
- Any special arrangements at the stand that are not included in Business Finland stand package must be ordered and paid separately. Please coordinate with Business Finland.
- Roll-ups are not allowed at the stand.
Invoicing and terms of payment
- The attendance package price will be invoiced within 30 days after participation has been confirmed by Business Finland.
- Term of payment is 14 days from the date of the invoice.
- The current value added tax will be added to all charges.
Validity
- The registration closes when the maximum number of companies have registered.
- The packages are sold on a "first come, first served" basis.
- The order is binding upon registration.
