MWC Barcelona is one of the largest events in the field of connectivity. This year's themes include 5G, Reality+, and OpenNet.
Business Finland will organize a Finland Pavilion at the event in co-operation with Wulff Entre. The main objective of the Finland Pavilion is to be a functional show room for Finnish know-how. The stand will be an attractive meeting place for Finnish SMEs searching for distributors and partners. Companies also benefit from joint marketing efforts under the Finland brand umbrella.

Joining the Finland Pavilion
The Finland Pavilion will be about 80m2 and will be located in hall 7. The pavilion will have a lounge area with a barista serving coffee, speaking stage, storage, a meeting room and company demo booths. Business Finland will arrange program at the pavilion and our staff will be present at the stand to meet and greet your guests.
Exhibitor packages
- Space reservation, space rent and contacts with the organizer
- Stand design for all exhibitors to show the final layout
- Stand construction and dismantling, wooden-built joint, carpeted floor, stage, Finland branding
- Company logo on your wall and a screen to show video material on if needed (print ready graphic files for logo provided by the exhibitor)
Package prices
Size L: incl. podium with a lockable cabinet, company logo, brochure pocket on one side of the podium, company presentation on the stage, unlimited (depending on the amount of bookings) use of the meeting room on the stand, cost estimation 16 450 € (VAT 0). Possibility to rent a screen to show company material.
Size M: incl. table, company logo, company pitch on the stage, limited use of meeting room, cost estimation 9 750 euros (VAT 0).
Prices are valid if min. 10 companies with L and 5 companies with M package will participate. The final size of the pavilion and cost per company will be confirmed when the number of exhibiting companies has been confirmed.

Exhibition Explorer funding in Business Finland
Business Finland offers funding for SME and midcap companies for exhibitions. We award Exhibition Explorer grants to groups of at least four SME and/or midcap companies who are participating in an international B2B trade fairs that are held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, we will process the applications. At least half of the aforementioned group of companies must be SMEs. The companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.
