To ensure the best experience for everyone at the conference, we have worked with our hosts at Töölö to curate a hospitality package, which each participant will cover individually (food and beverage). The package covers and includes coffee and tea, savory snacks, morning food, pastry, fruits during breaks, and a lunch buffet, water throughout the day, and one soft drink.
We have established this to ensure that there is enough food for everyone attending, minimize food waste and because of the conditions of the venue, all food must be pre-ordered.
Attendees can register without buying a hospitality package, but must send us a separate email for manual registration. It is possible to leave the venue to purchase food elsewhere, but it cannot be brought back inn. It is not possible to buy any food or beverage at the venue. It has to be pre-ordered through the hospitality package.
Everyone who buys a ticket is automatically registered to the physical event and we prefer this is the selected solution, because of logistical and administrative reasons.
