We cordially invite you to pitch your solution and learn about dynamic market opportunities. The purpose of this virtual roundtable is to engage with a USA and India focused systems integrator, that partners with investors, real estate developers, and city districts to deliver sustainable solutions for real estate and infrastructure and create good business collaboration opportunities.
The virtual round table is targeted for Finnish companies with interest in either or both the US and Indian markets and have products/solutions/services for
for real estate, campuses, and city districts applications.
Why USA: In the thriving urban landscapes of Boston and New York, a remarkable opportunity for decarbonization is emerging. With regulatory pressures such as Boston's BERDO and New York's Local Law 97 firmly in place, there is a growing demand to decarbonize, backed by significant capital commitments. Boston and New York, as global market influencers, have the unique ability to set sustainability standards that resonate worldwide. These factors create an environment where meaningful investments and innovative solutions can truly make a difference.
Why India: The rapid expansion of urban areas in India, characterized by heat-retaining asphalt and concrete, is driving up temperatures. Today, 90% of India’s 1.4 billion population faces heightened vulnerability to public health risks from heat such as heatstroke, food shortages, and even death. Amidst India's energy insecurity and urban population growth, the demand for affordable, energy-efficient cooling solutions is critical. As the world's third-largest economy, with a $1.5 trillion market potential in space cooling by 2040, the time to enter the market and drive change is now.
