Registration Details
Binding registrations are open until May 16, 2025, and will be confirmed via email within five working days. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until capacity is reached. If all demo booths are booked, we will maintain a waiting list and notify companies if spots become available. Business Finland holds the right to cancel the Finland Pavilion at HLTH if there are not enough registered participants by May 16, 2025.
Stand Package
Participating companies will register directly with HLTH. The package includes:
- Two Full Access event tickets, covering seminars, breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks. Additional event tickets can be purchased from the HLTH organization.
- A kiosk with branding, including a counter, logo panel, stool, and 30” computer monitor.
- Standard electrical, carpeting, and Wi-Fi access.
- Access to the HLTH Investor Connect program and Lounge.
- Invitation to the HLTH welcome reception
- Invitation to an exclusive international networking reception.
Cost & Funding Opportunities
- Company Package Price: 7,000 EUR (excl. VAT)
- The company package will be invoiced directly by the HLTH organization.
- Companies may apply for Exhibition Explorer funding from Business Finland, which provides grants to groups of at least four SME/midcap companies participating in international trade fairs abroad.
Exhibition Explorer funding details
- A minimum of four SME/midcap companies must apply for the same event.
- At least half of the applying companies must be SMEs.
- Companies must demonstrate a strong ambition for international growth.

Important Notes
- The Finland Pavilion is subject to cancellation if fewer than the required number of companies register by May 16, 2025.
- Participating companies must sign a contract with HLTH, which will directly invoice them. Business Finland will transfer registration details to HLTH, and they will follow up with companies accordingly.
