HANNOVER MESSE is the most important international platform and hot spot for industrial transformation. In 2024, the event attracted around 4000 exhibitors and 130 000 visitors from all over the world. Topics for 2025 include for example Smart Manufacturing, Digital Ecosystems, and Energy for Industry.
Business Finland is planning to organize a joint Finland Pavilion at Hannover Messe 2025 in co-operation with Wulff Entre. The focus of the Pavilion would be Energy for Industry, and the Pavilion would be located in Hall 11 (Energy for Industry and Smart Manufacturing). The Pavilion is a joint effort from several Business Finland programs with multiple relevant angles to energy for industry focus.

Package prices are based on a minimum of 10 M/L exhibiting companies.
The prices do not include state aid and are applicable for the Exhibition Explorer funding.
The final size of the Pavilion and the costs per company will be verified after the confirmation of the participant amount.
L package
The exhibitor package L includes the following:
- Project management: Space reservation, space rent and contacts with the organizer
- Access and basic profile for the exhibition portal
- Distinct stand design to stand out
- The final layout for all the exhibitors
- High quality stand construction and dismantling
- Finland branding, common pleasant lounge area, Business Finland stage, kitchen/storage room
- Company logo on the large common wall and at the individual podium
- Exhibitor Podium located by high people flow. Incl. a podium with company logo and lockable cabinet, company logo on wall, 45" screen
- Possibility to book and use the meeting room at the Pavilion according to the availability, no extra charge
