MWC Barcelona is one of the largest events in the field of connectivity. In 2024, the event attracted around 2700 exhibitors and over 100 thousand visitors.
Business Finland will organize a Finland Pavilion at the event in co-operation with Wulff Entre. The main objective of the Finland Pavilion is to be a functional show room for Finnish know-how. The stand will be an attractive meeting place for Finnish SMEs searching for distributors and partners. Companies also benefit from joint marketing efforts under the Finland brand umbrella.
Joining the Finland Pavilion
The Finland Pavilion is located in Hall 5. There are different exhibitor packages available for the Pavilion (sizes L, M and S). All the exhibitor packages include the following:
- Space reservation, space rent and contacts with the organizer
- Stand design for all exhibitors to show the final layout
- Stand construction and dismantling, wooden-built joint, carpeted floor, stage, Finland branding
- Company logo on your wall and a screen to show video material on if needed (print ready graphic files for logo provided by the exhibitor)
- Networking event organized by Business Finland with company introductions on the Finland Pavilion stage
Size L: Podium located by higher people flow. Incl. a podium with company logo and lockable door, company logo on wall, a 42" screen, possibility to book and use the meetings rooms in the Pavilion, includes four (4) Discovery Exhibition Passes. Price 19.950 € (VAT 0%, the price does not include state aid and is applicable for the Exhibition Explorer funding).
Size M: Podium location by lower people flow. Incl. a smaller podium with company logo and lockable door, limited booking and use of meeting rooms. Includes two (2) Discovery Exhibition Passes. Price 13.950 € (VAT 0%, the price does not include state aid and is applicable for the Exhibition Explorer funding). Possibility to order a screen for extra price.
Size S: Online package: Exhibitor profile on MWC website. Incl. logo-visibility on Pavilion wall, two (2) Discovery Exhibition Passes. No use of meeting rooms, no podium. Price 5.950 € (VAT 0%, the price does not include state aid and is applicable for the Exhibition Explorer funding).
Package prices are based on a minimum 6 L size companies and 6 M size companies.

Exhibition Explorer Funding in Business Finland
Business Finland offers funding for SME and midcap companies for exhibitions. We award Exhibition Explorer grants to groups of at least four SME and/or midcap companies who are participating in an international B2B trade fairs that are held abroad. Funding requires at least four eligible applications for the same event. When four applications have arrived in Business Finland, we will process the applications. At least half of the aforementioned group of companies must be SMEs. The companies in the group need to have a true desire to grow and internationalize their business.
Exhibition Explorer can be applied for the stand packages.
