The war in Ukraine has caused extensive humanitarian, environmental and material destruction. The need for support is enormous. Ukraine is trying to start reconstruction as quickly as possible. Ukraine hopes that foreign companies and partners will participate in the cooperation.
Business Finland, Confederation of Finnish Industries and Technology Industries of Finland welcome Finnish companies to join us as a sponsor to the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition and conference in Warsaw, Poland on 14-15 November 2023. At the exhibition Finland will have a National Pavilion as well as an Industry Pavilion providing an excellent platform to showcase Finnish offerings and companies.
The recovery of Ukraine becomes the largest economic project in Europe of our time… It is already estimated at hundreds of billions of dollars. And with the needs to make a modernization of the Ukrainian infrastructure considering the security assistance we speak about more than a trillion USD… Infrastructure funds will find a large number of projects in the airports and in the construction of new roads and bridges. Real estate funds will receive a market with hundreds of millions of square meters of new housing, offices, logistic and industrial parks. Banks and financial institutions can enter the huge market of lending for all these projects in Ukraine. Rebuild Ukraine Exhibition & Conference is an international event, held for the second time in Warsaw, Poland, for partners interested in reconstruction of Ukraine. The event gathers Ukrainian authorities, local communities and business, international financial institutions and business of other countries interested in the reconstruction of the country. At the recent edition, held in February this year, the particularly strong business representation came from Germany, United Kingdom, South Korea, France, Denmark, Italy, Austria, Czechia, Latvia and Lithuania.
The event is an attractive platform for:

- building partnerships for the reconstruction activities,

Two sponsorship packages offer visibility at the Finland Industry Pavilion at the ReBuild Ukraine in November 2023:
Package 1
Price: 8 000 € (+24% VAT)
6 packages available (first come, first served)
Package includes:
- Possibility to be present at the Finland National Pavilion as well as at the Finland Industry Pavilion
- Participation of two company representatives at the exhibition
- Company logo to be shown at the Finland Industry Pavilion logo wall with priority in logo placement
- One-hour company VIP event (max attendees tbc) at the Finland Industry Pavilion, supported on site by Finnish officials (tbc). During the private event, video of the company products/services will be shown on the LED screens at the stand (no other companies' video will be shown during this time)
- Two-page company introduction including product pictures in the Finland delegation brochure
- Company materials to be distributed in the Finland gift bags at the pavilion
- Video (long) of company logo, products/services will be repeatedly shown on the LED screens (except for the hours of individual company VIP sessions)
- Photo folder for photos taken by the event photographer at the pavilion
- Priority in media promotion, and
- Possibility to assign invitees for the reception held at the Embassy of Finland (nr of guests per company tbc, invited guests subject to approval by the Embassy)

- Company logo to be shown at the Finland Industry Pavilion logo wall
- One-page company introduction including one product picture in the Finland delegation brochure
- One piece of company material to be distributed in the Finland gift bags
- Video (short) of company logo, products/services will be repeatedly on the LED screens (except for the hours of individual company VIP sessions), and
- Access to photo folder.
