Meet Finnish companies at ReBuild Ukraine conference and exhibition
This year, Business Finland is bringing a diverse delegation of Finnish businesses, business support organizations, and financing institutions to the Finland pavilion at ReBuild Ukraine exhibition in Warsaw on November 13-14. We invite Ukrainian organizations attending the exhibition to indicate their interest in meeting with Finnish businesses.

Who should register for the matchmaking
- Ukrainian public and private organizations that will be attending the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition in Warsaw and are interested in collaborating with Finnish counterparts for reconstruction and rehabilitation activities in Ukraine. This includes:
- Organizations intending to develop collaborative alliances and consortiums for bidding under the tenders on reconstruction and rehabilitation activities funded and conducted by Nefco – Nordic Environment Finance Corporation and other donors.
- Businesses interested in Finnish solutions related to construction management, humanitarian demining, holistic and sustainable development of school, hospital, civil defense shelter, water supply and sanitation, waste management and energy infrastructure.
- Investors who want to incorporate technological solutions in the mentioned areas into their projects
- Municipalities, towns, and communities seeking expertise and know-how on the rehabilitation and reconstruction of infrastructure and municipal services.
Activities
Business Finland will provide Finnish delegates with information about registered Ukrainian organizations to facilitate direct communication and meeting arrangements.
There are two alternatives to organize B2B meetings:
- November 12: Business Finland will be hosting a business networking event in Warsaw in the afternoon of November 12, 2024. The event will showcase Finnish technological solutions aimed at facilitating reconstruction processes in Ukraine, as well as financing instruments that promote collaboration between Finland and Ukraine. There will also be opportunities for networking to establish business connections.
- November 13-14: Meetings can take place in the meeting rooms of the Finland Pavilion at the ReBuild Ukraine exhibition on November 13-14, 2024.
Please note that while Business Finland will assist in coordinating the meetings, the exact time and location of each meeting will need to be arranged directly between the Finnish and Ukrainian companies or organizations.
