Business Finland’s Low Carbon Built Environment export program is organizing a trade mission to the Netherlands (Amsterdam) on June 10-12 coinciding with Provada trade fair. This trade mission is a continuation of many previous successful trade missions to the Netherlands in 2023. This trade mission is aimed at Finnish companies who wish to develop their business opportunities in the Dutch construction and real-estate sector.
By joining the trade mission, you will:
- meet valuable contacts and expand your network
- get a deep dive in the current market situation in the Netherlands
- identify opportunities for your product and / or service
- participate and visit PROVADA, the largest annual real estate event in the Netherlands with over 275 companies having presence and over 25000 visitors.

Who should attend?
The visit is aimed for Finnish companies that have export solutions for low-carbon built environment and want to pursue the Netherlands as a strategic market or look for a partner on the market.
The participating companies should have products/solutions/services for:
- energy efficiency and the optimization of energy use
- low carbon building materials
- digital design, construction, and operation processes
- data and tools for managing both the built environment life cycle and smooth everyday life
- fast & sustainable building; modularity, hybrid building.
Kindly note that participation is limited to 10 companies on a first come - first served basis.
Practicalities
To cover the expenses of arranging the visit, Business Finland will charge a participation fee.
- Micro Businesses and SMEs: 900 EUR + 24% VAT per person
- Major Companies: 1050 EUR + 24% VAT per person
The entrance fee for Provada is included in the participation fee (235EUR).
Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation of the participant nor meals outside the business delegation program.
