Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) is the world's largest cruise industry trade association with representation in North and South America, Europe, Asia and Australasia.
It is with great pleasure to invite you to participate in the CLIA Cruise Week Rotterdam taking place on 12-14 March 2025, a prestigious gathering that spotlights the innovation of the maritime industry. This conference gathers the key decision-makers from the cruise industry to Rotterdam for a combined conference and trade exhibition. As a part of Team Finland visit, you’ll meet cruise industry’s most senior cruise executives, authorities, ports, and supply chain partners to share insights and build meaningful relationships.
The 2025 programme will cover essential European policy matters, responsible tourism management, the latest in zero-carbon and green fuels solutions, and much more.

Practicalities
To cover the expenses of arranging the visit to the Netherlands during 12-14 March 2025 Business Finland will charge a participation fee:
- Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 442 + VAT per person (+ EUR 629 CLIA conference pass)
- Major companies: EUR 520 + VAT per person (+ EUR 629 CLIA conference pass)
Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. Kindly note that the participation fee does not include flights or accommodation of the delegate nor meals outside the delegation program. CLIA conference pass needs to be purchased separately, purchasing details will be provided.
