The Team Finland network in the UK, is inviting Finnish companies to join a Trade Mission to London UK on 16-18 June 2024. The purpose of thevisit is for Finnish companies to plug in to ScotWind offshore wind projects, and to find collaboration opportunities with developers and Scottish companies.
What You can Expect
- Showcase Your Expertise: Present your solutions and pitch your offerings to key stakeholders
- Foster Business Partnerships: Build valuable partnerships with Scottish, UK, and global supply chains to leverage ScotWind opportunities, as well as broader UK and international offshore wind and grid development projects.
The program will include (TBC):
- Networking seminar where Finnish companies can pitch their solutions
- Global Offshore Wind’ industry event (LINK)
- Networking opportunities with Developers and Scottish Companies
- Meetings with Scottish companies
Finnish companies with solutions in the following sectors are especially encouraged to participate:
- ICT & Connectivity
- Energy; including Grid development, hydrogen, and CCUS
- Maritime and Ports
- Manufacturing
- Digital and Physical Resilience

Practicalities
To cover the expenses of organizing the visit, participants will split the costs as follows:
- Micro Businesses and SMEs: 1275 EUR + VAT per person
- Major Companies: 1500 EUR + VAT per person
Business Finland will invoice participants after the visit based on the actual costs occurred.
Please note that entry tickets to the Global Offshore Wind are not included in these prices.
