Food from Finland will be present at FHA Singapore 2023 with country pavilion. We welcome Finnish food and beverage companies to join.
FHA Singapore 2023 will take place in Singapore 25-28 April. In addition to Finland pavilion, Food from Finland program will organise market opportunity introduction and pre-exhibition event on April 24th at the residence of Finnish Ambassador in Singapore. The detailed schedule is to be confirmed prior to the exhibition.
The fee and what it includes
Participation fee per company is 9900 € + VAT
The Fee includes:
- Space rental
- Planning, construction and dismantling of the pavilion
- Graphic design and production, furniture and other decoration
- TV screen possible with additional cost
- Storage space for warm and cold items, cold vitrine at booth possible with additional cost
- Running costs such as electricity, water, cleaning, and all the small equipment needed such as kitchen utensils and tasting cups
The fee does not include freight, flights and accommodations.
Food from Finland will also be present at the pavilion during FHA.
Registration to FHA
Places for exhibitors will be shared in order of registration. We reserve the right to changes – the registrations are binding!
Please note our cancellation policy
Cancellation fee is 50% of the participation cost after binding registration. Cancellation fee is 100% of the participation cost if cancelled less than 90 days before the beginning of the trade fair.

Exhibition Explorer
The Exhibition Explorer funding is aid for participation in international B2B trade fairs held outside Finland. The funding is aimed at SMEs and midcap enterprises that pursue growth and internationalization. A company can have a presence at the trade fair at a joint stand or its own, separate stand.
The prerequisite for funding is for at least four Finnish SMEs or midcap enterprises to apply for Explorer Exhibition funding for the same trade fair. At least half of the aforementioned group of enterprises must be SMEs.
FHA 2023
Food and Hotel Asia (FHA) is the premier trade show synonymous with the food and hospitality industry in Asia and beyond. The biennial FHA is powered by its specialized events namely Food Asia, Hotel Asia, Specialty Coffee & Tea, Bakery & Pastry, Hospitality Style Asia and Hospitality Technology.
After three years of global pandemic, the business flow in Asia has gradually switched to the "virgin markets" of new middle-classes. Singapore as a long-history free-trade center, significant number of APAC operation center has been allocated to Singapore and it acts as gateway to Southeast Asia. Australia-New Zealand become another possibility through FHA.
In the edition of 2022, FHA opened the door to over 40,000 trade professionals – Singapore (APAC regional procurement and local trade parties) take the majority of 66%, Southeast Asia takes almost 25% and followed by Europe and rest of world.
