Impact Brief 3/2023 Impact evaluation of Business Finland’s energy subsidies

The purpose of this impact study is to describe the results of evaluation, which measured the effectiveness of energy subsidies in Finland granted by Business Finland in the years 2018–2022.

With the help of energy subsidies, the aim is to promote the production or use of renewable energy, energy saving, the efficiency of energy production or use and the transformation of the energy system into a low-carbon one. This impact study shows the main results of the evaluation.
