Digital Excellence Forum @ ICT Proposers' Day 2019 introduced the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 programme R&D funding and forthcoming Calls. In 2020 nearly EUR 13 billion of funding will be granted for R&D.

The Digital Excellence Forum started with a plenary debate on “Partnering for Digital Excellence”. The event had a separate track of open dialogue sessions on the upcoming Digital Europe Programme, which main objective is to boost Europe's sustainable digital transformation for the benefit of citizens and businesses.
