Why participate in Visit Finland's Midnight Sun workshop?
The Midnight Sun Workshop will bring together Finnish suppliers and international tour operators from all of Visit Finland’s and Finnair’s main markets: DACH countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), Benelux, UK and Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, USA, China, Japan, South Korea, UAE, India, Australia and Singapore.

Participation to the Midnight Sun Workshop costs €1900 per company, which includes one representative and one meeting calendar. An additional representative from the same company costs €300.
Two companies can share a table for €2500, which includes a representative from both companies, but only one meeting calendar.
The fee includes:
- 11.6. Visit Finland Seminar and lunch at Tampere Hall
- 11.6. Get-together at Saunaravintola Kuuma, snacks and drinks included
- 12.6. Transportation between Midnight Sun Workshop hotels and Scandic Rosendahl
- 12.6. Table at Scandic Rosendahl sales event, meeting calendar, lunch, coffee
- 12.6. Gala dinner with drinks at Tampere Hall
- 12.6. Party Like a Finn midsummer celebration at Tampere Hall
